800 Number for Account Accesss

Question: What is the toll free 800# that I call to get access to my account?

Answer: The phone number is 1-800-772-2182.   The very first time you call, simply use your Social Security number and when asked for a Personal Identification Number (PIN), use 1234. 

The system will recognize it is your first time and then require you to change your PIN to another 4 digit number.

Through that 800 number you can listen to your account balance; transfer money between underlying investment options; and change how you want future money to be invested.

If you forget your PIN number, you can call us at 650-341-3322 and we can look it up for you. 

However, if you forget your password for accessing your account on the Internet, we cannot look that up for you.  You will need to call 1-888-867-5175 during normal business hours and have your account "reset' and then you will have to rebuild your profile as if you are a first time user of the Internet access.
